At Flowers by Mike NY, we take great care in creating and delivering fresh, beautiful arrangements to your loved ones in Oceanside, East Rockaway, and surrounding areas. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

1. Local Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

• Oceanside, NY

• East Rockaway, NY

• Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Baldwin, and nearby locations.

Not sure if we deliver to your address? Call us at (516) 517-2500 before placing your order.

2. Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by:

• 4:00 PM EST Monday–Friday

• 2:00 PM EST on Saturday
  Orders after cutoff will be delivered the next business day.

We are closed on Sundays, except for major holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

3. Store Hours

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed (except on select holidays)

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on location and are shown at checkout. These fees support prompt service, driver compensation, and flower handling.

5. Recipient Availability

To ensure successful delivery:

• Provide accurate name, address, and phone number

• Include access instructions (gate code, building details)

• Mention special notes (e.g., “Leave at front porch”)

If no one is available and we can't find a safe spot, we’ll contact you for further instructions.

6. Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email or text when:

• Your order is out for delivery

• Your flowers have been delivered successfully

7. In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available at checkout. Choose from:

• Oceanside Store: 221 Merrick Road, Oceanside, NY

• East Rockaway Store: 338 Atlantic Avenue, East Rockaway, NY

We will notify you when your order is ready.

8. Substitution Policy

Because of seasonal availability, we may substitute:

• Flower types or colors

• Vase or container styles

We will always maintain the same overall theme, value, and aesthetic. Substitutions are made with care to reflect the spirit of your selected arrangement.

9. Return & Satisfaction Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

• All sales are final once delivery or pickup is completed.

• If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the issue.

We may request a photo of the product to help resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
