Welcome to www.flowersbymikeny.com (“Website”). By accessing or placing an order through this site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview
Flowers by Mike NY (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides fresh floral arrangements and gifts for delivery and in-store pickup in East Rockaway, Oceanside, and surrounding areas. These terms govern your use of our services and your purchase of our products.

2. Business Hours
We are open:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed (except for holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day)

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 4:00 PM Monday–Friday and 2:00 PM on Saturday.

3. Order Policy
Orders must be placed through our website or by phone. Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a substitution is necessary, we will maintain the overall style, theme, and value of your order.

4. Payment
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Payment must be completed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.

5. Delivery
We deliver to East Rockaway, Oceanside, Rockville Centre, and nearby areas in NY.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or severe weather.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

• All sales are final once the product has been delivered or picked up.

• If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.
   

We reserve the right to request photo evidence of any dissatisfaction before offering a resolution.

7. Cancellations
Orders canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a restocking fee or be non-refundable.

8. Designer’s Choice Products
Orders labeled as “Designer’s Choice” are custom creations and vary based on seasonal flowers. Each Designer’s Choice order supports our floral designers, who receive a commission on every purchase.

9. Loyalty Program
Customers who register for our Loyalty Program earn points with every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Terms are subject to change.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Flowers by Mike NY and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Flowers by Mike NY shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website access issues.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
