REFUND POLICY

At Flowers by Mike NY, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of our floral arrangements. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, our refund policy is structured to balance fairness and product integrity.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, all sales are final due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on floral products after delivery.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the original arrangement

  • A store credit for a future order

  • In limited cases, a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

3. Photo Evidence May Be Required

To process any refund or replacement request, we may ask you to provide a clear photo of the product. This helps us better understand the issue and ensure fair service.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The product delivered was significantly different from what was ordered

  • The flowers arrived wilted or damaged (with proof provided within 24 hours)

  • The delivery was not completed due to an error on our part

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The recipient was not home and no safe delivery spot was available

  • The delivery information provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • Flowers were refused by the recipient

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery

5. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled delivery or pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be refundable due to custom preparation and design time.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
